Agilemove Inc (Developer of POPal) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about our users and other data when they use our ap
We do not collect any user data. We do not require users to provide any personal information, such as their name or email address. We do not collect any location information or any other identifiable information about our users.
We may collect non-personal information about how users interact with our app, such as usage statistics and crash reports. This information may be collected automatically through the use of third-party analytics tools, and it does not include any personally identifiable information
We do not share any personal data with third parties. We do not sell or rent any user data to advertisers or any other third parties.
POPal App is created using Forge framework that is hosted by Atlassian. It means all app data is stored on the Atlassian customer’s servers only. Atlassian Forge takes care of authentication and authorization, software execution, and data management. The region of the app’s data storage is the same as your Jira or Confluence Cloud region.
By the fact we are using Forge platform following security are built in the framework

● UI Interface security
● App Runtime security
● Data Management
● Data Isolation
● Environment
● Simple/Secured authentication

In addition we follow the Atlassian guidelines mentioned below to secure your data.

● Authenticate and authorize all endpoints
● Follow Principle of least privilege requesting only records and fields related toIssue
● API hosting uses TLS 1.3 for communication
● We do not use third party component except OpenAI API services
● Do not store any personal information
● Follow Atlassian security bug policy

However we utilize OpenAI to generate user stories, hence we pass Epic/User story information to the OpenAI API call. OpenAI does NOT utilize data sent through API platforms for training purposes.
