POPal Apps is created using Forge framework that are hosted by Atlassian. It means all app data are stored on the Atlassian customer’s servers only. Atlassian Forge takes care of authentication and authorization, software execution, and data management. The region of the app’s data storage is the same as your Jira or Confluence Cloud region.

However we utilize OpenAI to generate user stories, hence we pass Epic/User story information to the OpenAI API call. OpenAI do NOT utilize data sent through API platform for training purpose.
